Where Web Summit takes place
Web Summit Lisbon takes place from 9 to 12 November 2026 in the Parque das Nações district, on the east side of the city by the Tagus. The main venues are the MEO Arena (known to many as Altice Arena) and the FIL exhibition and congress centre, side by side and close to the Oriente metro and train station. Lisbon Airport is a short drive away, but roads around the venues are busy in conference week.

Yes. We can schedule daily rides between your hotel and the venues, with a drop-off point and a return pick-up time agreed in advance. Tell us your hotel and the days you need.
Can we hire a chauffeur by the hour for meetings?
Yes. Hourly chauffeur hire suits several meetings in one day across Lisbon, Cascais or Oeiras. Choose "By the hour" in the quote form and tell us the start time and number of hours.
How many people fit in one vehicle?
A sedan takes up to 3 passengers, an electric car up to 4 and a van up to 8, with luggage space. For larger groups we provide additional vehicles.
How do I book and pay?
